FOR ALL 4 STROKE CYCLE ENGINES

An oil injection system based on molecular adhesion using our specially developed Kleen & Green Oil.

The four stoke cycle rotates through four distinct strokes. Starting with the intake stroke, followed by the compression stroke, continuing with the power stroke and culminating with the exhaust stroke. Each stroke covers 180 degree’s. Should anything interfere or diminish the value of any of any of the strokes a loss of power will be experienced along with increased emissions and an increase in fuel consumption.

The function of our system is to enhance the intake stroke which in turn will deliver a full compression stroke which in turn will result in a more powerful and cleaner power stroke

The paper air filter creates a restriction to the intake stroke because of its air drag which multiplies with use, wet weather, dust, pollen and crankcase venting into the air filter itself.

A standard engine block on average only receives 80% of cylinder volume on the intake stroke which result’s in an incomplete combustion chamber burn. This condition contributes to emission problems such as unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and other undesirable emission problems.

The Kleen and Green System air filter has a near zero drag resulting in the engine block receiving practically 100% volume on its intake stroke which is not affected by weather, pollen or crankcase venting.

The second half of this system consists of a litre container containing Kleen and Green Oil (requires topping up on average two to three times per year, oil can be bought through web site) which on that changes its state of matter from a liquid to a gas by molecular adhesion. This gas mixed with a metered flow of clean air is directed into the “PCV” system in a continuous ongoing process. The effects of the two units working together results in a saving of fuel of at least 25% and minimum exhaust emissions.

These results have all been acknowledged witnessed and often legally notarized by all our clients who have had our system fitted to their vehicles.

INSTALLATION

Whilst we prefer ourselves or one of our authorised agents to fit our product to your vehicle this is not always possible at present due to our network of agents not yet completed.

However if you wish to fit our device yourself or use your local garage to do so, we do provide detailed fitting instructions with each kit and a telephone helpdesk if required.
